2006 Women's Agenda Assembly will be held at NCAE building
Saturday, October 28, 2006
8:30 am - 1:00 pm
NCAE Building, 700 South Salisbury Street
Raleigh, NC 27601
Plan to join us for a lively introduction to the public policy issues that will come before the legislature in 2007-2008. For more about the process, please see the overview of the Agenda Assemblies.
These discussions will be based on the Women's Draft Agenda, a document that you can download at this address: www.ncwu.org/2006/AgendaAssembly/DraftAgenda_0607.pdf. We encourage you to review the issues in that document, find at least one that resonates with you, and learn what the NC Women United coalition members expect to happen in the next session of the legislature on that topic.
Mapquest for 700 S. Salisbury St. The building is on the southwest corner of the intersection of South St. and Salisbury St. [South St. is one-way going east. Salisbury is one-way going south.] There is a large parking lot - entrance on Salisbury.
