AAUW Raleigh/Wake County is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization acting as fiscal agent for the ad hoc coalition sponsoring this event. Payments through AAUW are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Donations to this project will help to cover the event's direct costs with any excess being returned to NC Women United as seed money for 2008 and used in other ways as determined by the event's steering committee.
